1. Purpose

CQC Elite: Close Quarter Combat Mastery is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all attendees, instructors, and staff. This Code of Conduct outlines expected behaviors and consequences for misconduct.

By participating in the event, you agree to adhere to these rules at all times.


2. Expected Behavior

All participants must:

Respect Others – Treat all attendees, instructors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy. No harassment, discrimination, or bullying will be tolerated.

Follow Safety Instructions – Adhere to all instructor guidelines and event safety protocols to prevent injury or harm.

Maintain a Professional Attitude – This event is designed for training and professional development. Conduct yourself in a disciplined and respectful manner.

Use Equipment Properly – Respect all training gear and venue facilities. Any misuse or damage caused by negligence may result in removal from the event.

Stay Within Your Limits – Combat training can be physically demanding. Inform event staff if you feel unwell or unable to continue.

Consent in Training – Physical contact is part of combat training, but all techniques must be applied with control. If a participant is uncomfortable, they must inform the instructor immediately.

Keep the Venue Clean – Dispose of trash properly, respect shared spaces, and keep personal items organized.

Respect Privacy & Media Rules – Do not record, photograph, or share event content without permission from event organizers.


3. Prohibited Behavior

🚫 Harassment & Discrimination – Any form of verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, intimidation, or discrimination based on gender, race, nationality, religion, disability, or other protected categories is strictly forbidden.

🚫 Aggressive or Reckless Behavior – Excessive force, unsafe techniques, or deliberately injuring another participant will result in immediate removal.

🚫 Substance Abuse – The use of alcohol or illegal substances before or during the event is prohibited. Any participant under the influence will be asked to leave.

🚫 Disruptive Conduct – No excessive talking, interrupting instructors, or engaging in disrespectful behavior during training sessions.

🚫 Weapons & Unauthorized Items – No unauthorized weapons or dangerous items are allowed at the venue.

🚫 Failure to Follow Instructor Commands – Instructors have the final say on training methods and safety measures. Refusal to follow instructions may result in removal.


4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

1️⃣ Verbal Warning – For minor infractions.
2️⃣ Temporary Removal from a Session – If behavior persists.
3️⃣ Expulsion from the Event – Without refund for serious offenses.
4️⃣ Legal Action – If any conduct violates local laws or endangers others.

All decisions made by event organizers regarding disciplinary actions are final.


5. Reporting Violations
